Link each mailbox once with an app password. We read only what looks like a business document, keep a reference to the email it came in, and never import the same document twice.

Send, delete, move or mark mail as read. Show your app password again: it is encrypted and used only to read mail. Open personal mail in a “known senders” mailbox.
